About

Ex-mathematician turned visual artist and touring cyclist, LINDA celebrated her 23rd birthday while cycling across Canada from coast to coast in 2009. After ten years of stationary living in her hometown Montreal, she commemorated that anniversary by embarking on a two-month bicycle tour across half of Europe, from Nantes to Prague. After the pandemic, Linda parted for Asia in 2022-2023 to bike across Japan and Taiwan with a friend.

In Linda’s Artworld, viewers may witness Linda’s inborn obsession with symmetry, form, and proportion, which was further refined by her unfinished undergraduate training in pure mathematics.

Born in Taiwan and raised in Canada, Linda speaks Canadian English, (Standard) French, (Taiwanese) Mandarin and is learning Japanese.

Beside stamps and postmarks, Linda also collects Japanese animation-related artbooks, which are documented in her dedicated blog Animation Artbook.
